Mission Statement

While The H.B.P.A. of B.C. through it’s directors and officers work primarily for it’s owner/trainer members, it responds readily thorough various benevolence, substance abuse, educational and recreational programs to the needs and wants of all backstretch individuals including those who are employed in the race track barn areas. The Association is committed to working for the betterment of thoroughbred horse racing on all levels, including the three levels of government.
